30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid Autopost subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@one1dentity.com and we will help process the refund through Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Cancellation alone is not a refund request — if you also want a refund within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.
