Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Autopost (the "Service"), provided by One1dentity investments ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Autopost is a tool to compose, schedule, and publish posts to connected social platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn). You must be of legal age and, if acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully; sending spam or fraudulent content; infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; uploading malware; probing, scanning, or scraping the Service; or interfering with its security or integrity.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (including publishing it to the social platforms you connect).

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, documentation, and Autopost branding. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund window is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. On termination, you may request export of your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which One1dentity investments is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.

13. Assignment and force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
